Al Zain Poultry Farm LLC was set up in 2013, with actual start of commercial production of Eggs and Poultry Products. The Company has designed and built a Fully Automated Poultry Farm with latest hi- tech European Equipments and Machineries installed at Barzman, near Sinaw. Spread across 18 Square Kilometer of land situated approximately 250 Kms away from the coast, our farm offers a flexible and healthy producing layout for Eggs and Chicken. We have around 330,000 birds in 3 laying houses and 110,000 birds in rearing houses and having capacity to produce around 100 million eggs per annum. All the chickens are placed in environment controlled atmosphere with the supervision of technical experts in the field. All the collection and grading of the eggs are done by the Machine by using state of the Art technology. We have our own feed meal that enables us to produce Eggs that are rich in Omega3 (pufa) DHA, Vitamin E and Selenium. Al zain farm's location provides a flexible and healthy layout for the production of farm-fresh premium quality eggs and halal fresh and frozen chicken.

Modern International School , is a privately owned international school, licensed by the Ministry of Education of Oman. The school originally started in April 2013 and followed the CBSE-I curriculum. In 2017, owners of the school decided to adopt an American curriculum to further enhance learning and the quality of education provided. A new purpose built facility was also established and the school's premises shifted to an adjacent suburb. MISO opened its doors again on the 03 September 2017. The school is built on 13,000 square meter plot and is a multi-story, educational facility. The holding company, North Ocean Enterprises LLC is a well- established and diversified group of companies having its corporate office at North Al Ghubrah, Muscat. It was established in the year 2000 and has grown today to become a large group of companies with over 600 employees. In the year of 2012, North Ocean Enterprises LLC established Ipark to redefine the conventional parking systems by manufacturing automated car parking solutions which fit-in hundreds to thousands of cars in half the space as compared to conventional solutions.
